Mr. Mike Hughes On Phone To Nissan Japan Contact Service
Hi I've had Nissan cars for years and have always been a huge fan of the marque even before I emigrated to NZ. I recently bought a 2009 Xtrail T31 7AT0DH6LX17047681. It came with a bonnet protector, but it has no fitting kit. I've contacted a number of Nissan dealers both here and in Australia, but with the exception of Nissan Taupo who tried their very best to help me out have had no luck getting hold of the necessary fitting kit. Can you help?

Thank you

Mike.

Good day,

We purchased a Nissan NP200 1. five DCI high spec from a local dealership. The bull bar and roll bar are different shades of grey. I have sent a request to Nissan SA, but they have come back to me saying that they cannot help. I find this absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Please get back to me regarding this.

Ms. Sandra Clare On Phone To Nissan Japan Contact Service
Dear Sirs
I have been a loyal and happy Nissan customer in UK for 15 years, I have bought four Nissan cars. I recommended Nissan to my daughter and her fiance who have always had Ford cars, they both bought a Nissan in 2017, a Juke and a Note (2016 registration). In the cold weather both cars had water and ice on the inside of the car windscreen, something I had never experienced with my Nissans. The local dealer told us there was nothing they could do and we would have to put up with it. We feel this is unacceptable with modern vehicles. We have logged a case complaint with Nissan UK. And hope they can help us. We just wanted to bring this to your attention as Nissan are renowned for customer service and we feel disappointed. Many thanks for your time in reading our complaint.

Mr. Yildirim Unal On Phone To Nissan Japan Contact Service
Dear Customer Service,

I have purchased a Nissan Pulsar on ten August 2017. Car properties are as follows:

Pulsar 1. two X-TRONIC N-TEC
Model 2016 / 20 km
Serial no = VSKDDAC13U0095593
Motor no = HRA2367312A

I did not notice during the test drive, but when I drive the car, especially on low rev, there is a short noise like a wind blow. The dealer here in Ankara Turkey claims it exists on all Pulsars. I cannot believe that Nissan has such a design flaw. Please review my case. Best regards. Yildirim Unal .

Mr. Mohamed Abu Kamar On Phone To Nissan Japan Contact Service
Dear sirs,
I’m a Nissan Sentra 2018 owner in Egypt, and I have an important question regarding CVT maintenance. There is a confusion regarding the recommended time to change gear oil. Some maintenance centers advise to change it every 40, 000 km or three years (which comes first), and others after 100, 000 Km. Can you please advise regarding your recommended time and kilometer?

Many thanks, .
