I recently purchased Macbook Pro 13" from iStudio Thonglor branch in Bangkok, . The staff that I usually deal with suggested that I should buy an insurance accident from bangkok insurance public company instead of apple care since I often crash my hard ware by accident since I 1st become a mac user10 years ago. Anyway, once again I accidentally drop it down the stairs. Fortunately I have my accident insurance thanks to that super staff, but the problem is neither iStudio nor bangkok insurance public company, but the reckless staff at iServe whose name is THANIN (staff code is CPW282) he refused to do or help with anything the only thing he keep saying is you have to deal with the insurance company yourself. Unlike iStudio thonglor branch staffs who are trying to help me in everyway they can. This mail is not about whether I will get my MBP fix or not, but THANIN guy that is unbearable.
Please help. I bought a new iPhone 6 online and received last week. Order number is W251368107. Now I found on left side of phone the button up and down to turn off sound is not working. The up and down does not hold. I am overseas and back in Singapore mid February. Where should I take to repair in spore when I return. As your loyal customer, this is first time the new phone is faulty and hopefully you could rectify my phone problem Thanks Joyce Yap

3.is there any application software for that or can we connect simply as like other phones?
