I am a customer of Axis bank since 2007 and i rated the services as A+. I am sorry to lodge this complaint. I booked two train tickets and due to some reason, i had to cancel the tickets. I cancelled both tickets on 25.10.2014 and the 2nd one is on 28.10.2014. I have contacted your customer care three times on 30.10.2014 and one time on 31.10.2014 and just wanted to know the reason about it is not credited to my account. Out of four no one could tell me the reason. One said you are not talking from your registered mobile. One said you contact IRCTC, another said that i am sending you form, fill it up and return. One said it will be credited soon. I have got a form and i have to place a request for credited the amount. Can you ask your executives, have i ever requested not to credit my amount to my account? If not why he has sent a form and wanted me to request Axis bank to credit the amount.
Very bad services you are provided every time you are automatic machine give the options one of your executive Mr. Mohammad picks up the call and said i am transferring your call and after that cut my call. And, even he is not able to and a single question date you are bank will open on Wednesday i.e. 22nd of October 2014 or not. Seriously, i am fed up with this.
