The Gain pods are NOT dissolving completely in cold water? Leaving a gooey mess in the liner of our front loader When using warm or hot water, it is not an issue, but there are clothe that must be washed in cold water.

My family has used Gain Detergent over the years and has always loved the product as well as the smell. I just purchased a large Gain Detergent two weeks ago from our local Harris Teeter. My husband kept asking me to check his back to see if there was something on him and it was small rash the last two weeks we both have had an allergic reaction to the detergent. I had washed our sheets, towels, and clothes in the detergent and never has this happened, but our doctor says this is common even after years of use. Did your product change so that we know what chemical it is? Also is there a replacement you can give us? Thank you.

To whom it may concern:
I have been buying Gain products for over 15yrs and have loved every single product made and have never had any problems, until now. I bought my usual monthly 150floz gal of liquid detergent and new right away that something was wrong. Not only was it extremely thin, but also looked very watered down. Instead of going with my gut and not using it, I went ahead and washed clothes. Well, myself and my three children broke out in a terrible rash from it. I was so very upset not only because of the rash, but also because of the money wasted. I only get a monthly SSI check from my husbands death and money is definitely an issue for me. I want to continue to use Gain products because I just love them, but since this happened I am afraid of it happening again. I wanted to contact the Gain company to be aware of this and to watch out for it happening again. The barcode number on the item i have is 3700023033.

I've been using Gain liquid detergent for many years and I recently tried Gain flings. I'm very unhappy with the results. I have white spots all over my scrubs and didn't notice until I had already dried them.

I am a very angry customer. I have been buying gain for the last two years and I have been very pleased with the product until yesterday. I purchase some powder gain and it was all big chunks and hard. It was so hard that it still wouldn't dissolve in water. I was so upset. I understand it probably been sitting in the store for a long period of time and plus it look like it had been wet. Is there any way that I can get a refund or mail me a box of gain. What can I do because I love my gain and I want to continue to use the product. Your help will be gladly appreciated.

Ms. Mary Beth Remai On Phone To Gain Detergent Service
Good Morning, Gain Folks I have been using gain as long as 24 years. Love the product, the aroma and the great job it does in cleaning our laundry. My question to you is WHY the unusual container, 150 FL with a spout on the right side and a clown looking device on the other side. What engineering genius came up with that? It's a waste of your money. Is it a way to
increase the price of your product? Because I do not look very much at the price, I know what I want and I buy it, within reason. But I find this extra gadget in pumping, pouring, dispensing ridiculous and unnecessary. Please
get simple, one spout, make it easier for all. We shouldn't have to question, what in the world?
Again, thanks for a great product. You know the old saying "Keep it simple stupid"?

Sincerely,

Gain Consumer
Mary Beth Remai .

So I stocked up on gain flings when target was having a sale of buy two get a $5 gift card back. My mistake is taking all the flings out from the bag and putting them in one container. Not realizing that when used to wash, our clothes are left with stain marks. Like the pods are not dissolving completely and marking our clothes. It took me two weeks worth of laundry to realize it's the darn flings. I always just use powder or liquid and I do not know why I went on a different route and bought the flings instead. Well stuck with all the flings, I figured, I might as well share to you my bad experience. I guess i can try to sell the flings to someone willing to get it not in the packaged since i can not return them just to get some of my money back. Should've just bought two instead of 10. Oh well.

I do not know who your advertising agency is, but they have talked you into a ridiculous idea with the commercial of the lady dancing enjoying the scent of Gain Detergent. The dancing commercial is terrible and really needs to go Your product is a fantastic product and could be advertised in a better way than having a grown woman flipping her thumbs up and away from her body with a very stupid look on her face. I use Gain Detergent and am really unhappy with this commercial.

Bought gain moonlight breeze flings for 17. 96, fabric softener 3. 96, fireworks 5. 00, same scent, it doesn't leave a scent at all. U can not even tell you washed in it. Smells good in container, but not on clothes. I paid too much money for this. I expect a good scent. Doesn't even smell like the clothes were washed at all. I expect results. This is a rip off to me. Money wasted.

Hello. Today I purchased a 1. 47 L bottle of Gain Detergent. When I arrived home I noticed it was leaking from the side of the bottle, right on the seam of where the instruction/caution/etc. Label is on the back of the bottle. The detergent leaked all over my groceries. First time this has happened. What can I do to get this product refunded/exchanged?.

Love your gain original laundry soap, however I've been buying the large jugs of it. And they leak from bad spouts or pin holes and it gets soap all over my appliances and floors. This has happened with about five jugs of detergent. I'm hoping I do not have to switch products because of this problem.

What is up with your Gain Detergent. The fragrance is so so strong, I start to cough when I am using it. Today I was doing a load of wash and I started to gag when talking on the phone. I bought a bag of 16 flings. Is there anyway I could get a refund or a coupon for another product. I can not bear this stuff. ThanksLisa.

On five separate occasions we've purchased the laundry soap and the spout leaked or it had pin holes in it. Pretty expensive to be leaking all over my appliances and floor.
