I would like to know what is technical problem regarding my application for top-up loan. I had availed Gfal loan and expected to have applied top-up loan since Malaybalay GSIS said that i can apply with top-up loan when it appeared into my payslip i been in GSIS malaybalay for many days already and still not able to apply of top-up cause of what the employee of GSIS said that my application was still gfal granted and so he said its technical problem, but its been three weeks already and the same reason. What should be the truth for this? Ive wasted much money for travel and still nothing changes with my application for top-up.

Complain about sa union bank umid under ng GSIS, nag apply po yong mother Magdalena Alojipan Blancia nong March 23, 2018 sa GSIS antique, follow up every 2months, advice to go to union bank iloilo, no result, September 23, 2019 I call desire sabi e follow up yong result, validation and location after 2weeks. I follow up In behalf sa my mother, Desire answered still no result. Please have an action regarding this matter because we can’t withdraw the pension of my mother since it is 4hrs from antique to iloilo. My mom suffering an heart ailment., she’s 84 years old.

I availed the consololidated and emergency loan last 2015. I have not been deducted. This January 2018, i went straight to the region office to settle my deduction. This February, the deduction reflected on my payslip, but when I checked my account online, the balance was still the same. I called GSIS batangas and according to them, the payment has not been remitted to them so I also called the Division Office and said that they have deposited the payment already. How can this be given immediate solution?.

I have a big problem madam/sir for my humid card was captured at an ATM machine last February 16, 2017 at the Land bank Dumaguete branch in Negros Oriental and you know I am very disgusted about it because the bank where my card was captured said that they already turned over my card to you. My mother in law FLORIDA BAUTISTA REYES is a pensioner with ID NO B22ZNFBRO13 issued by the Roxas Field Office Roxas City with an expiry date 12. 22. 2007 Retirement No. DE 860. Her DATE OF BIRTH Dec 22, 1922 we understand that she is now entitled to a milestone bonus. She is however currently staying with us at Las Pinas City as she is going through a medical check up. We would like her to do the following while in Manila and would like to know which GSIS Office could help her? a) Update her Pensioner ID Card which has expired since 12. 22. 2007 (issued in Roxas Field Office) b) Request for a replacement of her damaged GSISecardPLUS. Can we do it here at the GSIS Main Office instead of Roxas City? Her current permanent address is Rizal Street New Washington, Aklan. She finds it hard to travel overland to Roxas City and it will be most convenient if she could do the aforementioned here in Manila as she will be with us till December this year.

SHE WENT TO DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION OFFICE AT DAET, CAMARINES NORTE WHERE SHE ALWAYS GETS HER PENSION BUT SAD TO SAY THERE WERE A POSTED ANNOUCEMENT OUTSIDE THE OFFICE THAT THE PERSON IN CHARGE FOR THE RELEASE OF THE CHECKS WAS IN A SEMINAR SO THEY HAVE TO GO BACK ON THE 19TH OF APRIL, 2018. BUT WHEN SHE WENT BACK ON THAT DAY-THURSDAY APRIL 19, 2018, SAD TO SAY THAT HER NAME WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE LIST OF CHECKS TO BE RELEASED. On April three, 2018, Union Bank Iligan refused to release the GSIS pension of Mr Jaime M Gruta because, per the bank's branch manager, the latter has been tagged as "Deceased Depositor". The said pensioner is not deceased and in urgent need of the pension. This is my third communication to you and I hope I will receive your response, ASAP. When I went to withdraw my pension for July, the receipt said that my card expired. Since last year, I requested from GSIS Office, Malaybalay, Bukidnon where I reside at present for a change of my ATM from Union Bank to Landbank because there is no Union Bank in Malaybalay and every time I would withdraw from another bank, I have to pay a fee. My pension is what I would use for my medicines. May I request you to send my card to Malaybalay branch ASAP? If you do not respond to this email I'll report this to the social media. Carmen Sao.
