On November 29th, I placed an order for several items. The order number is 10495596. My credit card was charged for the full order (153. 07). However, I have not received three pairs of gloves that were included in the order (IPM Touchscreen gloves - two men pairs and one ladies). I have checked the shipping status and emailed through the Joyus website several times. If the order cannot be filled, then I want a refund for those three items that were charged. I ordered their 22" Genius Pack Carry On Spinner, but in the wrong color. I called them withing 24 hours and I was able to return the product effortlessly however, to date I have not received my money back. I explained on the return order form that I actually wanted to reorder the SAME product, but in a different color as soon as possible How could they not want to process what was essentially an exchange - they were still getting a sale? The product was received in their warehouse on June 20, 2017 and it is now July five, 2017. Repeated and daily phone calls and emails to this company go unanswered. They have my money AND their product. I'm very unhappy with their customer service and feel as thought this has become an issue of theft based on their actions.
