Upon getting home the bleach I purchased has leaked from the bottle all over my products and my leggings are destroyed

Hi I purchased a Christmas tree when my local store was closing down last Christmas. I checked that the three pieces and the base were in the box and put it away. On trying to put it together before Christmas, i found that it dosn't fit. The base parts are round and the top parts are square. It was the 6' luxury Highland pine tree. I was wondering if you would consider replacing it or refunding the price. It is in the original box.

Iam wanting to complain about the manageress that works in the Barrhead store, on the 21st of this this month just after 6pm I went into buy a few things, when I was being served at the till the young man that was serving me had said to another member of staff that he was due his breaks in five minutes, and somehow the manageress heard him saying this and all of a sudden she started to shout at the young man and continued to do so as I left the shop, I was very embarrassed for the him and there was no need to act like that in front of customers, she made me feel very awkward, am afraid I never got any names, but can only remember that the man had wore glasses and the manageress was in her 40s and has blonde hair.

Hello we where in your shop at St. Helens Retail Park on Friday 24th of October, when my grandson plucked his track suit jacket on one of your display metal baskets holding teddy bears. It had a small piece of white (blue tack) on it which was suppose to be over the sharp piece of metal, but it had moved down so did not cover the sharp part. We told the manager about it and she told us to get in touch and at the same time moved the white tack and put it back over the sharp piece, my grandsons jacket is part of a Nike track suit and cost £60 for the top.
