I'm a Toyota fan. I bought a 2014 Toyota Avanza. The car broke down and needed an overhaul, which was very expensive, probably a third of the car's price. The engine could be getting water from the water filter. The technician said it was because the car was old. This is completely unreasonable. I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla in Israel. The car was damaged before I received it, and there was depreciation value. I informed the dealer that I was not interested in a car with depreciation value and I was severely pressured to take the car, even though it had depreciation value when I declined and demanded my money back, the dealer agreed to give me a car similar to the one that I ordered after that very unpleasant experience I was treated very unfairly and embarrassed by the staff I have also sent a formal complaint to the head of Toyota Israel and I’m waiting for a response, but the response I received initially was a phone call from the dealer that I bought the car from in which he only yelled at me I am issuing this formal complaint because I’ve been driving Toyota for many years. This is not the first Toyota which I have bought and I’ve always had very very good relationships and I really feel have been dealt with in justly.

For second time in my life I have such sad experience with Toyota, just now while I was switching on my Prado 2018 model a noise came from my motor side to discover that I just killed too many kittens, their mother was around and was calling on them, three years ago in my previous Prado 2012 model one small cat found dead in the same area next to the main van, I am hereby requesting TOYOTA to investigate and find a solution for this gap allowing such cats entering to this deadly area, please share with me your findings and measures you are implementing to solve this issue.

I am a Canadian citizenship and I live in Canada. About four years ago, we bought a Toyota Camry LE 2002. We were so happy with this purchase because they were made by the smartest and more humble people on the earth. Second, we believed a Toyota car doesn't need a lot of money to repair it. Finally, we bought a Toyota Camry LE. Unfortunately, the car suddenly stopped working after four years. It was so wired because we didn't see other cars of other brands, even the worst brands, like our car. It doesn't work not at all, and we put it in the garbage. I would like to complaint my car Prius C that I bought on August 2012 with vehicle number WXE2627 and service centre at Subang Jaya Malaysia. In May 2014 I Complaint that I can smell exhaust inside the car. The problem has been fixed by reset the motor. In June 2014, March 2015, July 2015, January 2015 and March 2016 I Complaint Aircond button again. In June 2016 The Aircond button that I always complaint has become severe, the whole panel of Aircond buttons are not function. Everytime I complaint, the feedback was they couldn't find any problem. And now quoted me Rm1, 326 for Toyota's mistake in inspection during the warranty period which is suppose to be replace during that time. I'm very disappointed about the the service given by Toyota Subang Jaya and has no more confident. Hopefully Toyota Japan team can help me to solve my car problem. Yours Sincerely,

I have a toyota IQ 2009 in Cyprus, i buy it as second hand 2012, is a very nice car, but yesterday as i drive in low speed fortunately(just after start) the lower suspension arm broken from the middle. I believe that the part was defect and i am very lucky that this happen at that time. I ask the Cyprus toyota garage to inspect and cover me the damage because was not my false, but they said me that the car is imported and they do not care. Now i have problem with parts to repair it. I never had any accident with this car and is in very good condition.

During my periodic maintenance on 25Feb2016 at Distinctive Model, Sg Buloh, Malaysia(invoice 320V199266), I was told that the air-conditioning evaporator(dashboard) was leaking and must be replaced. That cost me RM 2, 600+. one week later, the air-cond was not working and smelt of leaking gas. On 12 Mar 2016I brought back my car to Distinctive Model and now was told that it is the rear air-conditioning evaporator that is leaking and must be replaced. I paid for that as well. What is going on? This is Toyota NOT any roadside mechanic centers

The whole episode has been A VERY FRUSTRATING ONE FOR A LOYAL TOYOTA CUSTOMER COSTING ME VALUABLE TIME AND MONEY

How do I know if the air-conditioning evaporator (rear) was the actual cause and not the earlier replaced dashboard unit .

Since i complaint my car is from year of 2014 January until now 2016 also no have solve and settle my car problemservice centre person checking mistakethey are no experience to checking carmy car problem is when i driving my car on highway, speed above 80 kmh - 140 kmh will make noise and steering turn to right hand side also will make noise with vibration. One year inside my car change few times bearingon this moment i keep complaint to (umw toyota) then they only found out problem is (gear box transmission and steering driveshaft). My car problem already happen it out around one year 10month. I totally so dissappinted about umw toyota service and no more confident to trusted. the material around the gear box went down
I am very disappointed with the quality of what I met in the Toyota Auris,

I was going to by a new Toyota Yaris for my wife, but now I strongly wonder, because Toyota brand in my opinion is highly tarnished

I met with an accident at the Utara Selatan Highway (PLUS) 336 KM near Bidor, Perak, Malaysia. My Toyota Vios was badly involved in frontal collision on the highway, and yet the airbag failed to deploy. The frontal and side chassis was badly crashed. Is it normal for the airbag not to deploy in such an accident?And I'm wearing my seat belts. Please refer the attached image. Dear sir, My Toyota Camry of year made 2007, Malaysia car registered number PHP7299. Dashboard seriously degrade under heat, I approached UMW Toyota Motor Sdn. Bhd. (Prai Industrial Estate) this issued on early Jun 2015. Same time, Kuala Lumpur UMW Toyota Customer Service Center, Mr. Lim rejected my claim. But, I not accept and strongly request to change it, because that's hazardous problem, it's might released chemicals during heat (under sunshine) causing healthy problem. The end, he committed contact me after discussed with his superior. But till now yet to receive any contact from him. I am very disappointed that TOYOTA Company is reputed, but poor quality and poor services providing by UMW Toyota Malaysia.
