I received a courier in Delhi from Gujrat by overnite express. The charges to be paid at the time of delivery was overcharged, even the delivery person said the same thing. 250 should have been the maximum charges whereas i had to pay 880. I mean what a fool they are making of us. Losers. I would never recommend it. The worst service ever seen. I called customer care, Ahmedabad, but the person disconnected my call. How rude. Is this how you provide us with the assistance.

This is very unfortunate to inform you that your Courier partner in Jammu and Kashmir in Sri Nagar Anantnag is providing very poor services in Sri Nagar and hardly any services in Anantnag Area i. E 192101 area. I would like to bring it to your notice that i had a parcel from Amazon. In which had arrived at you Anantnag distribution centre probably on 27-11-2014 as they called me on 27-11-2014 at 3:46PM from cell No. 919906836251 informing me that a parcel has reached to our distribution point and take it from here. I am only 1. five to two Kms away from the distribution center and from the 27-11-2014 till today they are not delivering it to my location. It is requested to kindly confirm me that weather you are having services to this pin 192101 or not if yes then why the products are not delivered to their locations, and if no then why you are accepting it from the customers thereby causing inconvenience to general public. I call everyday on the customer care number given,and get the same answer, that you will surely receive the courier today. The customer care executives are providing misleading information to customers. I must say that the service they are providing is really pathetic. Have used "OVERNITE EXPRESS LIMITED"services for the Very important and confidential welcome kit from Pipariya (M.P.) to Ganjbasoda (M.P.) via docket no.7987775832 on 3rd October 2013 and on the clearly printed DCB Bank envelope ...... Now,till date i.e.15th October 2013,the courier has not reached the destination and the all the respected positioned persons hold courier there on hand.....Can,i get an answer why the same has not happened on time as the courier time was committed within 48 hours, but today is 12th day of the courier,still not reached and just got bad service to our bank customer because of your courier's poor services.....Requested to need resolution at the earliest else i need all the expenses back for the courier....reply ASAP

My document#7954134753 dispatched from Chennai on 7/5/13 for Pune address which is not yet delivered on 27/5/13 at 1:00 p.m.

The local Overnite courier office is not giving me any kind of confirmation as to when the document is going to be delivered to me. Your services are worst.

As per tracking the document reached Pune on 9/5/13 and there was no action for delivery till 25/5/13. When I inquired about the same in Pune of office of Overnite Express, they said it would be delivered on 25/5/13, but it is very sorry to inform you that the delivery status is undelivered.
