Mob. No. 9360614503 - N Subramanian Sir, using under prepaid basis. Top up done since for three consecutive days Rs. 150 on 8/12/2015, Rs. 100 on 9/12/2015, Rs. 50. 00 on 9/12/2015 which had just drained and vanished within three days. Same event had happened last month also. Reasons unknown. Whether charged for any VAS, but no VAS request had been initiated from our end. If anything is charged for internet, but a seperate net recharge for Rs. 95. 00 for 400MB was done on 5/12/2015. If this complaint request is not resolved and these unreasonably deducted amounts are not returned back to us. We have no other option than to switch over the service to some other service provider.
