I am trying to find a retail outlet for a Playtex Bra that I have purchased from Target for the past few years. I no longer have the packaging information and Target has discontinued the item. I have spent a lot of time trying to find playtex "everyday basic" bras with no luck I will find one in one size, but that's it. Are you no longer making them? I purchased an 18 hour bra about six weeks ago and after washing it just 2x's the plastic ring that joins the strap to the bra broke. I have been buying these bras for years and this is the first problem I have had. I will not be buying too many more if this is going to keep happening as the price on these is expensive for me. I love my Playtex Bras 18 Hour (4693). However, mine broke. The plastic ring that connects the shoulder band to the back of the bra broke. I have no way of repairing it. Could you please help me with this problem? I have attached a picture of the problem. I purchased this bra at Kohl's and do not have my original receipt. Thank you for your help with this problem.

I have been a long time customer of Playtex bra's for many yrs, but every time I get a bra that works well for me Playtex discontinues it. I must not be the only one who loved the bra the I wore or I would be able to find plenty left over, but I can not I have searched the internet over for Playtex 4707 in Size 44D and can not find any. I would even be happy with Palytex 4747 in the same size, but can not find it either. Why quit making it and not replace it with something similar? I am so upset. and keep wearing a worn out bra because for a full figured person you can not find the support that I found with this bra.

I purchased an 18 hr Playtex Bra approximately 3-4 weeks ago. Model 5452, Nude, 42C. The fit is perfect and I loved it until the 2nd washing. As you can see from the attached photo, pulls began to appear. Totally unacceptable and undesireable. I am seeking compensation to purchase another bra, perhaps a different model. Unfortunately I do not have my original receipt however I did purchase it at Walmart.

I've worn your Cross Your Heart style 15140 (655 in store) for years and it always had a two hook back. Now, for some reason they have changed to a three hook which does not fit as well in a 32C, which I wear. The cups are larger. Why the change and is there a place that may still carry the two hook style? I am in need of new bras and the style I need is no longer available. I have bought several different colors of the same Playtex bra, 18 hour 5453, because I find them to be the most comfortable for me. I was wearing a fairly new white bra 5453 when the plastic piece that allows the straps to be adjusted broke and stabbed me in the back. No injuries were sustained, even though it was a while before I could get home to take off the bra. I buy the good, boxed Playtex Bras because I always thought they were the best quality. I have never had any kind of bra break like this before and never expected it of a Playtex bra. It was very uncomfortable for me. Is this something I should expect more often with my Playtex Bras?.

I bought two bras on Sept. 28/15 at a WallMart to go on a trip. One week into the trip I decided to wear my new bras. Within two hrs. The ring on the bras broke. Tried to return it, but no luck. Dear customer service, I am writing on behalf of my mother, Mrs. Kelly, who is 91. She has always favored Playtex non-wired bras over any other brand. She wonders, however, why you fail to produce a wide variety of such bras, the non-wired bra range is very limited, both in color and style, and it is a great disappointment to her when she looks at your underwired range and then has a far more limited range to choose from for herself.
