If you do not respond to this email with an agreeable solution, I will be disputing this with my credit card. I clicked on yr link and it said the link expired. I clicked on the next link to log in to my account to view all of my tickets and it is impossible to type the entire security code into the box. It only allows for four characters, and there are approximately six that need to be typed in. If you do not reply in a couple of days I will start a dispute with my credit card company. As a matter of fact, none of the items I received were if good quality fabric. All of the fabrics are obviously of very low quality. I'm letting this aspect slide, and I will not be ordering from you again. I'm am extremely disappointed with every aspect of every item I ordered. Please rectify the bathing suit issue, as it has the worst quality workmanship of all items received.

I placed an order in September of a dress for my wife, and here it is November 12th, and I have not received it yet. I have tried to submit a customer service ticket on the Sammy Dress website asking about the tracking and where the order was and it will not let me submit it. SO what IS going on? Is this website a SCAM and taking people's money? I think it needs to be looked into, quite honestly.
