I have been a valued customer for years. I spend alot of money on your pens. I only use your Sharpie Ultra Fine Pens. I recently bought approximately six packages which contained four pens in each package. After opening them I put them in my bookbag for school. I went to use the pens and all the points of the pens are broken and not there. I am very upset with this problem. I am about to change the product I use. I spent alot of money on them and I cannot use them. This is not right.

Sharpie Pens are advertised as "permanent markers for wood, fabric. Glass: -this is not the case - when fabric is dampened the ink bleeds. Your markers have just ruined a $50 T-Shirt I bought. This is very disapointing - I will not recommend your product.

Hi,
I am a fashion design student so use colors, markers and crayons all the time. I bought a pack of 30 (or so) Sharpie colors for the first time. I did hear really good reviews about them. Turns out that now that I am going to use them, some of them DON'T WORK, they are so expensive for such a bad quality. I totally didn't expect this.

I'm a Librarian at Pine View High School, St. George, UT 84790. This morning I opened up a fresh pack of Sharpie KING SIZE (15674) and when I went to use one there was ink all over my hands. I looked at each one and ink had been bleeding out of all four. I tossed all of them and checked my supply (had two more unopened packs of the same) both the other packs were the same. I attached a pic of the two unopened packs. The ink can be seen along the bottoms of all markers in both packs. I didn't dig the first bad pack out of the trash. I've been using Sharpies for decades and have never had this kind of problem before. I also did not see any warning regarding storage or expiration date. They have been stored inside our school's teacher workroom.
