on the 04/08/2018 our flight was delay 17 hours, from tangier to Gatwick, me and my pregnant wife we suffered lots physically and mentally on the way back we arrived to UK on the 05/08/2018at 03:30 in the early morning. On the 10/08/2018 Air ARABIA send me email about the tickets refund this is the reference NO: 180809-00071 since then they didn't get intouch with me to resolve this issue, I am totally devastated, please I hope this matter will be resolved as soon as posible, other wise I will take this case further. This is in regard of ticket booking, which was done on 26th of September 2014. I had tried to do the booking in the morning, but it was not completed. So i did not get any mail confirmation about the booking, which was done at around 10:45 am, but the money was deducted from the credit card (card number is 5124037346996012), which i used for booking, the amount was rupees 1045.45.
On the same day, i tried to book the ticket again in the evening, which is confirmed. I received the confirmation mail at the same time and again the money was deducted. The amount was same as above by the passenger name of Mr. Anthony Rodrigues contact number is 052-7548022. So i urgently require an immediate action on this matter and refund my cash back as earliest.
