I P. Uday Prakash from Tirupat Andhra Pradesh. We are the esteemed customers of your Eureka products. We are using Eurka's Vaccum cleaner and Aqua guard Water purifier since many years. The problem is that with the Water puifier service center in Tirupahti. Intially we have given request for service. The service person came by name Dhana sekhar have done service and HE HAD CUT OFF A SEGMENT (which comes with the system from company itself) IN THE PURIFIER and after that the out coming water is not at all stopping. Its coming out continuously. We have made second complaint to the concerned service centerwith contact number08776585492. But, no response from the other side. Please do needful favour. The service center in tirupathi is so worst. If it continue like this your company will get BAD NAME SOON.

I have installed new aquaguard classic at my home in Shah Ali Bunda, Hyderbad ten days back from one of your agent named "Pavan", During the time of installation we had no water in our Tank so could not check the machine is working or not also pavan said that there is 30 days money back gaurentee. Next day when we water and tried auaguard machine it didnot work. And we tried calling agent "Pavan " he never picks our call nor came to our house though he is aware of the issue and says no return with in 30 days too. I want immediate support or return. I guess Pavan is waiting for 30 days and says no return. What can we do if we do not get any help?.

Customer I. D-1000922765. When the water purifier is switched on, out of the three L. E. D (Red, Yellow and Green), the red indicator does not get switched on and the unit does not work. This problem happens very frequently when we start the unit and also some times the unit gets switched off on its own. This problem was informed to your service personnel when they come for scheduled maintenance. Every time we are told that it will be rectified. It works or stops as it likes. On some days we have to switch on and switch of the unit many times and try before we can get some water. During last service we were told that this will be rectified within a month.
