The BSNL linemen are repeatedly visiting my home in the pretext of landline phone complaints when it is not registered and my phone is working properly. Please atleast provide complaint number if it is registered with BSNL by any means. Also instruct employees attending such complaints to carry and display their identity cards. Over visiting by your employees is causing nuisance. This should stop immediately else the responsibility of consequences arising out of surprise visits of BSNL employees will lie with the company. Today I had sent one friend to Lodge my application for surrender of landline phone along with copy of current paid bill. The lady at receiving counter had told to him to submit self attested copy of PAN, since the application is being submitted by third person and refused to accept the application. It is not mandatory to tender application in person and also to summit application through third party, to submit attested PAN copy. Even in person, no person carries his PAN card or ID proof along with him. Whether BSNL wants to take leave for such things? Whether the application is required to be submitted i and person? My Mobile number Is available on application. From their sources BSNL may have confirmed the geniunness of application. I am approaching consumer forum in this regard.

I am Helina Wilson - have prepaid BSNL mobile SIM number 7588721604 -recharge for Rs. 320/- on 31st October 2015- got a confirm message on mobile -, but whenever I try to make a outgoing call the message in mobile appears as "Cellular network not available" and in coming call they get the message that "the mobile is switched off". To solve the problem I called customer care number But in vain because the official will come on the line after all the options thereby wasting 30 - 45 minutes and the moment the executive comes on the line - I state my problem and before he could reply, the phone disconnects off and a beep sound appears. When I have recharged my number With Rs. 320/- and balance. Is 329. 687 and its validity is till 26/12/2015 why i am not able to make a call?.

My BSNL Land line No is 0251 2420760 located at (Dombivli MIDC) area is with Broad band facility. I have fully paid all the Bills and there are no outstanding against my name. The Broad Band Internet is not working from the night of 17 th Apr. 15. I have lodged complaint with Phone No. 1504 on 18 th Apr 15, the complaint No is 1023290092. Today I received SMS stating that my "complaint is resolved and please contact Phone No. 1500". On dialing the No 1500 several times it is experienced that it is not attended. In conclusion the COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED AND INTERNET CONNECTION IS NOT RESTORED. Pl look in to the issue;immediately and see that some one attends the call made on Ph. No 1500 and no misleading SMS are not sent to the customers. My self Harshit Parikh son of Prakash parikh.We had BSNL LAND LINE connection and our number is 2445271 we had registered a complaint more then three months a go your technical person had visited to our home also yet phone is not working properly.

If any one calls at home we are only able to listen a ring, but we are not able to listen there voice we had accelerate this complaint to senior person at exchange also, but still no action had been taken and no one is responding for same so please take some action as our land line phone is working as like as death phone at home.

Hope after registering complaint here some action will be taken soon.
