We received new Bharat gas connection from our local distributor at Durgapur 1. But we did receive a gas cylinder with a connecting pipe on 1st January. They have collected rupees 3068 from us. And it is MP GAS SERVICES. The name of the customer is Mrs Arikta Chaudhuri at Rabindrapally C block. They have not yet given us the roller and also the lighter which they promised to give 45 days ago. They also did not give us any final papers. We are really in a helpless situation. Can you kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Durgapur and distribute all the LPG Consumer of Bharat Gas after charging minimum Rs. 100/- by pressure. After several reminders to your main distributor ASP Emp. Co-Operative Ltd. Durgapur they have no any steps have been taken from their end. So we request your good selves to kindly arrange to provide all consumer at Ichapur, for our locality of Ichapur, Patsaora, banguri, Sarpi, Amlouka, Bansgora villagers. Hope you will do the needful to stop black marketing of Mr. Shanti Sadhu of Ichapur. He makes this type of marketing jointly with the help of your distributor-ASP Emp. Co-Op Ltd. Durgapur. The Bharat gas agency(Sheetal gas agency)in our town(Dhulian, Mushidabad. West Bengal) are not being able to deliver gas on time. We are being asked to pay extra money(black money) to get it. There is no fixed dealer of this agency. We are just rotating from one person to another( Shyamal Jha, Ramesh Memani, Arup Rai, Mr. Jadav, Mr. Chandi, Mr. Bappa, etc.)we the common man are ignored and are facing many problems. As per the rules, we should get cylinder within 48 hours, but we are not getting it. We are not getting 12 cylinders in a year as per the rules made by the centre. They are doing this fraud practices under their supplier in Durgapur. If we do not get gas cylinder in 48 hours, we gonna start a mass public movement. Hope you may take serious action against it.
