Bharat Gas is operated by the Government of India. BPCL came into existence as a domestic fuel corporation and started operations with Burmah-Shell Oil Storage and Distributing Company of India Limited. In 1976, the Burmah-Shell Company had been purchased by the Indian Government and reintroduced as Bharat Refineries Limited and in the following year as Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. Bharat Gas in India is operated with a head office located in Mumbai and four regional office in Ghaziabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai. It has four refineries operated as LPG bottling plants and Lube blending plants in Mumbai, Kochi, Bina and Numaligarh.

Sir I transfer my Gas connection from Ravi Gas agency yardee city Gurgaon Haryana and submitted documents to M/S Rakha bharatgas, Dharmdeo Nagar Manipur Gaya Bihar on 05/04/2016. I contacted with them several times, but they provide connection till today. How much time taking in terms of transfer case.

I book for a refill on 11-12-2015. I am continuously trying on phone with distributor, but in vain. Last date of delivery of refill is 16-09-2015. I have registered complaint vide number 1048451 date 19-12-2015. I have made online complain six times, but refil has not been delivered till date. Kindly direct the distributor for supply of a refill urgently.

My consumer no 10637 from five Jan 2001 in Jai mata di agency at Bihar Sharif, Nalanda. My blue book card lost previously. After a time me requested to agency for issuing a new blue book in Nov 15. After that in 22nd Jan 15 they issue a new blue book. But I donot know the game of agency, internally they change my name with other person on 30 Apr 15 after when I enquired in agency. When I complain regarding this " JAB MERE PAS ORIGINAL PAPER HAI TAB MERE HI NAM KO HATAKAR DUSARO KO KAISE DE DIYA. " They replied me I do not know and if you more speaking I will close your consumer from agency. I shocked this is DADAGIRI of agency. Is it possible any one transferred to any other consume. Please logged my complain regarding my problem and solve this issue. In this case manager 'Uday Mahto' and helper 'Manoj' involved.

Sir, I have applied for a new connection with the distributor ushashri gas sewa, kankarbagh, patna. My request Id. Is 16417047. Before applying, distributor tried to force me to buy stove also from him. Since I had stove before applying, so I contacted 9939594119 who assured me that even without buying stove you will get the connection. Since the cash memo of the stove is misplaced I produced the photocopy of the same again on the advice from 9939594119. Everytime the distributor assure me, but he is not interested in verifying and issuing me the new connection. I am a working person and it is very difficult to dance on his tunes.
