We called customer care at shaket meerut so many times, but there is no response. Eureka Forbes service is pathetic. I advice all my frnds and family members not to buy this product. They just received call and say technician will come today, but there today never comes. We are very disappointed from your service. Please do somthing otherwise your product will lose market soon. Owing to lack of pathetic service, requested to cancel the order and refund of full amount paid before the product was delivered and installed. Till date have logged several complaints, with continuous follow ups, escalations at all levels have been futile. No refund happened till date. I purchased an air purifier from eureka forbes website worth 22K with 30 days return policy. After the purchase I felt that the product is not working fine. I called up customer care with my queries and no one in the customer care was willing to address my queries. I was asked to look for the answers on you tube. Disappointed I decided to return the product. Its been many days I have been constantly calling the customer care and writing emails. The answer I get is your concern has been escalated to the concerned department. Please let me know if the "concerned" department is situated on Mars. The return policy of other online sites is so simple and I never had to follow up so many times. I am still waiting for a resolution. Really a very bitter experience. I returned Euroclean wet and dry vaccum cleaner at 13/10/2015 due to your pathetic service, but after receiving vaccum cleaner by Mr Rishikesh and Mr Manoj Kumar Prasad my 999rs check cleared on 14/10/2015. After this i informed to Mr. Rishikesh and Mr. Manoj to not clear my cheque of 1419rs. But when i went to bank then bank officer told me that my check is in process. Then i withdrawal my money from my account after that my cheque was bounced so bank charged me 114rs for this. I discussed all issue with Mr Sunil Kumar, but they never helped me. I called many times to Mr. Manoj and Mr. Rishikesh, but they never receive my call. So, sir please refund my money and provide me solution. I never expected such type of responce from your side. Myself Debashree Paul is using the Reviva model of Eureka Forbes having customer Id 1007252573, from last 5-6 years. AMC done for service from Eureka Forbes already exists and will end upto March'2016. Recently I have shifted from Ahmedabad to Agartala due to official transfer. Since then I am trying to contact for service, but in vain.complaints have been lodged a number of times and different complain numbers have been provided to us say 92375566, 92172987 etc. But none of their persons attended the complaint. Finally the reinstallation of the RO has to be done privately. There is an issue regarding the TDS of water which got low up to 06/07 on using the said model here in Agartala. After repeated complains no one came up with a real solutions. Each time we have been introduced with a new model and are being forced to buy that. We are very much dissatisfied with such attempts and has been forced to complain in customer forum.

I purchased Eureka Forbes Magna Water purifier in Dec 2014 and their sales person Mr Vijayakumar informed that if we also purchase Vacuum Cleaner then there is a LIFE TIME FREE SERVICE for BOTH. The person who came for FIRST TIME DEMO of vacuum cleaner demanded and took Rs. 150/-. I kept on calling Vijayakumar to give the written communication of the LIFETIME FREE SERVICE, but he started becoming evasive. Right from the starting water purifier was giving problems and every time someone came and rectified in a very hotch potch manner. Then few days back again it became faulty and again another person came and repaired. When enquired about lifetime warranty all of them CATEGORICALLY DENIED any LIFETIME FREE SERVICE. Today when I caught up with Vijayakumar he said the scheme is over and that I had purchased after the scheme So the person Mr Vijayakumar has clearly CHEATED ME.

This is to inform you that I Karan Agarwal is not satisfied with your service as the service executive do not speaks to us and we talked him about our complaint of unusual taste of the water from aquaguard. The taste was not good so we talked to irfan the service executive of aquaguard of kamla Nagar, agra he came and just clean up the filter and for not more than one hr the taste of water becomes bad. Today we talked to him and now he is not talking to us, he jst say to complain it on the complain number But every time the number Is not been responded. We jst want you take an action against that him. And if there is a time for him to collect money he always comes in a single call from our side. The name of service executive is irfan. Every year we pay and sign a contract, but then also he never comes for regular checkup, every time we have to complain for it. Yours sincerely.

I have aqua guard clasic and given for amc for three years for rs3500/from 14aug 2013 to 12aug 2016 to biren Kumar das ,business partner,eureka forbes bhubaneswar,odisha.
The authorized representative has not visited even once after the contract was concluded.
Recently the machine developed some problem. I did complain more than seven times after that only the representative visited the place.
Request to clarify following

I am using WP RO + UV since a year and half. I have AMC having customer code no.1009415452. AMC is in place starting from 01/05/2013 to 30/04/2015.
I have made several request since last 15days, with grat difficulty got a person to attend to my problem of "No filling takes place in the container" on 03/11/2013.
He had agreed to put an online external filter and also as a part of AMC to replace the candles. Till date no soul has turned up.
I have young children and am buying Bisleri water for the past one week and without yielding to commitment. I have not placed this time complaint as the online support process is highly arrogant in responding.
When we make a request for asking ph/mb number no proper response we get.
I want this to be attended on priority, as it is putting mental agony to me and my family also my younger children have fallen sick.

This refers to my complaint and my e mail dated 29th September 2013 sent to customercare@eurekaforbes.com.
I have liaised with Mr Manohar of Service dept, Ms Anu Kotian (Customer Service Head) and Mr.Suresh Khilari (Sales Head) over the last one week, from 23 September when my UV Enhance Water filter stopped working within 7-8 days of installation.
The problem has been identified. As confirmed by Mr Khilari when I spoke to him from the Company technician (Mr Milind Kambli) cell phone (when the said technician had visited on 30th September to re-assess the problem), Mr Khilari has PROMISED to send across a brand new piece/unit within three days to substitute this defective piece/Unit.
My e mail dated 29th September details the entire issue; please peruse the same.
I now await the delivery of the new Unit withn three days from 30th September as promised. Please ensure to make the courier intimate in advance. Plumbing to be done.

Moreover they replaced the one candle also late ,nt on time .. Now today when we are checking the TDS of the water we are getting from this purifier the count comes in between 400 to 450. We had bought an Aquasure smart UV water purifier, and it started malfunctioning after seven months. The technician informed that there was problem with the filter and it had to be changed. However, in the company's policy filter is not covered in the one year warranty which seems absurd since it is the most critical part of a purifier. I am not sure what is the life of a filter however, would like to give a suggestion to the company to cover it in the initial warranty.
