Every month, I am charging for sending SMS to 056767661 this number, but i am not sending any such messages and even i do not know what is this number,
i know idea billing system is not good. But still i am using idea from last seven years, now i am thinking to change my to some other network. If the billing system is not accurate please change your system. Don't charge more to users. If you did not answer my question i will raise complaint in consumer court

As per your company representative visited. I have applied for a post paid connection and after verification that is still not activated. And the SIM number is 89917 99904 14722 8620 eight post.

I have paid rupees 399 for that connection.
I have visited to your Marol based gallery also. They said this is still not registered, but i want to know. How is it not possible through a SIM number to identify the issue?

There is some error in my GPRS billing, I have not used to the extent the billing is done, if you review my past billing, the usage is under 500 MB.(mno 9922912332)
