I lived in Noida sector-77 and one of LG representative installed AC at my home, but he did not installed it properly and water is not coming out from drain pipe, its coming out from the AC (from the front indoor part) and i called him so many time (Continuously from two weeks), daily he told me to come tomorrow, but still he did not came to check it. There was a problem of cooling and tried to contact the service center, but no one picked up and eventually I had to ge t it repaired from local fellow who suggested that the thermostat and timer problem. He also suggested to refill the gas. Since the freezing part was working perfectly, I negated it (Since being a certified Energy Auditor of BEE I have some idea of refrigeration cycle). It worked for one two month again same problem started. In view of it I request you to depute authorized people to rectify the problem. In our country people believe only in selling the product and servicing part is not given importance. I fully believe if your company gives importance to servicing part the trust will increase and the product will zoom like anything. Regs are Sagarika, sector -93 NOIDA.
