We have purchased LG Refrigerator in the month of January 2014 in the period of eight months. We started facing problems. I am really not happy with the service if we call toll free number they will put us on hold for longtime. I never had intension of purchasing LG brand, but Girias company people have recommended for LG, but for that recommendation LG is not keeping their service. Again after the 1st service now problem started. If the service is not good sustaining in market is very difficult. Sales is very easy, but service and quality is important client satisfaction and word of mouth is important to sustain in the market.
