Dear LIC, Is there any policy like, You are giving some bonus in before mature LIC policy for regular customers who are paying amount regularly on time?Bcoz I am getting call from one company behalf of LIC and they are saying that my agent took my bonus instead of giving to me. If yes then why they ask me details about me and if they are not right please LIC take care about these spam calls. Because even I gave wrong Info and they are saying I am right so I understood they are wrong people. But sometimes people will believe on them and they will give all details. I worked at Ahmedabad and for some period i was transferred to Mumbai and again i was transferred to Ahmedabad in August 2010. My LIC policies which were under SSS scheme transferred to 9353 Branch at Santacruz Mumbai Office. Though requested in the month of September 2014, one policy bearing number 833193290 was not transferred till day. On telephonic inquiry at number 022-26192743, I was informed that as the policy was being matured in June 2015 it can not be transferred. I asked f lady attending the phone to give me contact number of Account Officer, but nobody was lifting the phone number 022-26267229. I had several time requested the operator to advice me amount of premium to be paid along with late fee in respect of above policy, but neither she advised me nor she tried to give me contact dno of concerned person. So far I have several times made STD calls. My problem is that i am retired from job in the month of August 2014 and I can not go to Mumbai for payment of premium.
