My MTS Numnber 8925909559. I had requested this for deactivation as I will not be using this going forward. I was asked to pay Rs. 2036 for this. I had requested the line to be disconnected and I had advised the Agent - Priya who took the call. But she was not ready to disconnect the line and said that this can be done only after I pay the bill. I cant understand the logic. Please note that I want this number to be disconnected and in parallel I will make the payment. I am also surprised to note that I need to pay approx Rs. 38 extra per day of disconnection as My MTS card is not working. I have received the confirmation that the MTS Connection has been debarred. I once again request you to disconnect my above number with immediate effect. And please note I will not be liable to pay any additional amount on this.

My datacard number is 8644921137 (Anunth Shreevas )., purchased 15 Nov 2015. Download speed (as against your claim of 20 Mbps) hovers around 0. 40 Mbps. (Min 0. 28 and max 1. 31). That is to say, the minimum required speed for streaming videos is not met. I am told that when many will be using the net, my speed will be slow, which is unacceptable to me. Usage during these days (after 15th Nov till date) is natural and was necessitated at least to check the speed of video downloading. To view a video clip of 20 mts, it takes about 50 minutes, due to constant buffering, buffering, buffering. Pathetic service. MDN: 8925981150 I am unable to use my MtS service for more than 20 days now with out any resolution. I was used my service last on DEC 4th later with out any intimation service went down due to some software upgrade. I went to MTS show room Tambaram and spent more than four hours there, but issue not fixed. I have called Technical support and launched complaint, but no one visited here to fix the issue. They simply say we will send the person. I am fed up with your service i do not want to continue your service any more. My billing cycle is every month 1st to 30th and this month i haven't used the service, WAIVE OFF my charges and CANCEL my service. MTS is such a stupid service where i have spent more than 15 days. You guys do not have any Customer service.

In last i will put pending your bill payment still 21/11/2014. Your collection people comes and promised me and collect cash to me and change your connection plan, But the bill generated in same plan. I informed that day to senior person also. Next month also comes same bill amount generated i didn't pay the amount. Once you cancel my connection or do the low configuration plan i didn't want your 12 GB Plan. Surely i didn't pay this month bill once you change my plan or cancel my connection. Otherwise you take my deposit amount and change the plan to prepaid. Every month, i am getting call from MTS, Chennai, which is more disturbing and irritating.
1. Whenever call comes, we need to attend and hold the call with music for some time. Unnecessary time waste for me in busy schedule. Why not they call us directly?
2. Whenever we attends, we need to shout lot. Because always huge noise from MTS side. Hope all employee are sitting together and attending customers. Why not do something to hear properly? All time she is saying “Not able to hear you”.
3. I have requested to change my monthly plan three months before. Till date not changed.
Due to above, i am getting irritated, whenever i am getting call from your office, either i would not attend or trying to explain to them that i am not able to manage it. I have decided to close this connection due to above reasons. Please confirm or give comments.

MY DATA card number is 8925984942 called eight times to 9150955955. No useful response! Just promises that we will ask technical guys to call you. My issues are:
1. Speed issue (data card works only in 1X speed not in HSD connection). I use it in three different locations, laptop and two desktops (only in laptop four points shows connected in HSD how ever i tested in speed test. Net my upload is one mpbs and download is one mpbs approx).
2. I am not able to browse 'www.cloudy.ec' through i am tired of getting 'The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. 'error. FOR THE PAST one MONTH, I AM GETTING THIS ISSUE ONLY IN THIS MTS DATACARD. NO ISSUE WITH THAT WEBSITE. YOU 'ISP' is BLOCKED. IT USING FROM MY DATACARD, no other website working fine only 'cloudy. Ec' and it's related video portal sites are not working.
3. TILL MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED I WILL NOT PAY MY BILLS. WAVE IT.

BEFORE GETTING CONNECTION YOUR AGENT TOLD THAT SPEED WILL BE AROUND FOUR TO SIX MBPS, but I AM NOT GETTING EVEN 2KBPS SPEED. I HAVE FILED MY COMPLAINT TWO DAYS BACK, but NO ONE IS RESPONDING. KINDLY LOOK IT SOON. RESPOND LIKE A PRIVATE COMPANY. NOT LIKE A GOVERNMENT BSNL.

Last week, i paid and received MTS blaze from your sales associate, who visited my house at Ten Poes Road Chennai 600018. I opted for post paid scheme and was assured that the dongle will be activated within maximum two days. The address verification was over three days back and i have repeatedly contacted the sales associate for activating the dongle, but still waiting for activation. Every time i contact, i was assured that it will be activated before seven pm of the day and four seven pm. i have waited without any. What should i say luck or your inaction? My MTS number is 8645901756. I changed my number from postpaid to the prepaid and get activated on 15/10/2014. My internet speed is too low. I have enclosed photo copy of the speed. I inquired the relevant MTS shop, they told me that it will properly work after four hours, but problem has not been solved. Again i inquired on customer care. There is no response.
