So, I would request your kind clarification regarding my following Queries- 1. Whether the above mentioned offer is a cash discount offer or an offer on accessories?2. If it is a cash discount offer, then how and when will we get it?3. Why were we not provided with the said offer on the day of purchase of the vehicle although the offer was valid?I hope you will be kind enough to clarify my queries at the earliest possible. i have an maruti ertiga(vdi bs)having a registration no. as01 fc 9116. purchase on november 2014. since then on 01/12/2015 my car self showed some problem. though i am in guwahati, assam here your kind dealer m/s-poddar sales and service, borbari told me that i have to change the car self system. i make that with a payment of inr 16236 with other parts also having a id no. -1414169595 since then right on today again the damm self creating problem and again your kind dealer told me that i have to change it again. is this the standard of maruti? how could you make such a statement that within few days a genuine part become fail? i really need a explanation on that. kindly suggest me what to do or what not to do? and if you not taking it seriously i will be in the consumer court. regards, istaqul islam 919508132516.

We have given money for a Swift Lxi in Tezpur R.D Motors. But R.D motors are not giving us the car. They said swift has been modified into a new model, but we have searched in internet that on 28th of October the new model of swift was available in Mumbai. So we want to know that when the car will be available in Tezpur R.D motors.
