i have purchased a window a.c in 2011 from cool point, new Delhi.. the compressor is not working at all and we have also file a complaint regarding the same problem on 10/10/13, but the engineer is saying that the there is a fault in the compreesor. and it needs to be change..and when we ask him to change/replace, he told us it will take minimum 15 days replace..and you have to wait for 15 days , but we are sorry to say that a company like O General does not keep a single compressor in stock.and even we are trying your customer care number, but still haven't got any reply. and now we are getting a busy tone..my family is suffering from hot summer just because we purchased an air condioner fron O General.we are using eight o general a.c, but we are not at all satisfied /convince with this kind of service and shamless excuses by your staff. so, we request you to kindly look into the matter and replace the compressor as soon as possible.
