Sir,
I have a prepaid number 9300464962 since a long time. Before six months, my mobile is activated by different services and the balance is automatically debited from my main balance. From five March 2016 till ten March 2016, 13. 50 rupees is debited from main balance. Please, check my account and refund the debited amount and assure that customer should not face problem like this in future. Before this many complains are made on customer care for refund purpose. Now the customer care contact menu was deactivated in my phone. Please see this problem as early as possible otherwise, I had another option by filing a petition in court against Reliance Communications authorities.

i have a prepaid connection of smart no.9727096901
since 1999.
previously the signal quality was good, but gradually it has detoriated since last 6-7 months.
SINCE LAST 15 DAYS I COULD NOT GET A SIGNAL IN MY HOUSE. IT IS VERY FRUSTATING FOR ME AS WELL AS TO MY PATIENTS AS THEY CANNOT CONTACT ME IN EMERGENCY.
I REQUEST YOU TO SEND A TECHNICAL TEAM TO ASSES SIGNAL QUALITY AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.
