In regards to my Samsung TV brought from JB HI Earlville approx three years ago. I had it confirmed from Digital Tv repairs in Cairns 07 40 511711 that you would cover TV with no receipt for parts. Unfortunately one x part main board in no longer available. Now you Samsung will not cover TV under replacement or anything because I have NO receipt. My question is if you were prepared to cover the parts with NO receipt why are you not prepared to cover the TV with a replacement TV or offer me anything suitable.
I have spoken to Sweta - ABSOLUTELY disgusting service. Today I've spoken to Jay - BRILLIANT service. Then to EMMA - Not much to say about her service. Personally these people shouldn't be the front of Samsung. Your web site is one of the most incompetent I have ever come across, it will not let you go through to an email service without going through hoops; then it will not progress to to a site such as this. The one 300 person I got in Australia had no clue at all, and rang off when he knew nothing about the subject. If you value your customers, do the right thing by them and keep them in the loop to what is happening. I am disgusted and will be taking my complaint to the Department of Fair Trading.
