I have purchased this in the year of 2015. Now they have closed the outlet in Hingoli and whenever we are trying to contact him he is not responding properly. We have around 36 people who suffering from this issue. Hope you will be fine, My self Mitesh Rathod owner of Access VEHICLE N0 - GJ04BP 9999 based at Mahuva town (Dist - BhavNagar). I had already raised a complaint about my vehicle around 2. five months ago and had got response from BhavNagar service centre situated at Gujarat state. First of all they had asked me to send vehicle at BhavNagar which is 100KM far from my town and It it with them from last two and half months for repair due to faulty engine. Then after they had asked me to send all the relevant documents for vehicle for its service proof which i had provided from authorized service station, after all this still they wanted some more proofs from service station owner and that proofs i had also sent to them via email as well as post. After looking at all my documents they asked me to send my vehicle at Ahmadabad service centre which is far more 200KM away from BhavNagar and 300KM far.

At starting it was giving me only 15 to 18 km per liter and i complained about this, but they told me that after some service it will give you proper mileage, but till now it is not giving me proper mileage my 9th service is over.
