CONTINUATION TO PREVIOUS ......

Spoke to Mr Madhu Krishna of UHC Hyderabad for the details for empanelment for our New upcoming Day Surgery Center in Hyderabad, He in turn directed me to speak to Mr Venkat Reddy who is suppose to be the south head for UHC and when trying to explain to him he was very rude and blunt saying that he cannot share the details and wanted me to come to his office and talk to him. I was trying to ask him that why the information is kept so confidential. Mr venkat Reddy said that we do not disclose our clients information and why should we share our clients information. I said we are calling for a business tie up hence we wanted to know. Mr Venkat Reddy said we do not need any business from you.

HE SHOULD HAVE PATIENCE TO TALK AND EXPLAIN AND NOT TO REPLY SO BLUNTLY.

THIS NOT THE WAY TO TALK TO CLIENTS WHO ARE CALLING FOR INFORMATION.

We are coming up with a New Health Care and Day surgery Center with all speciality diagnostics and consultation at Madhapur, Hyderabad.

In this regard we had got in touch with the UHC Hyderabad for empanelment and requested them to provide the list of companies are under them so that it enable us to understand the number of companies we are getting empaneled. We were told it is confidential and cannot be shares. How will we know what you are dealing with without sharing the basic require information. This sound very odd. Can you please assist us in this regard.
