Dear, I stay in serampore - ramkrishna road, pin-712204, my Videocon 32 inch led TV require repair for which I logged a call on 28. 11. 2015, A customer service person visited my home on 04. 12. 2015. The details of the Job card are as under :- Job number is KOL2811150029. Model number-led-ivc3f2. Purchased date -11. 12. 2014 Customer Name :-Avijit Dutta Add-297/a, ramkrishna road by serampore, serampore, hooghly pin-712204. Ph no-9681588999 The person visited informed that the TV panel needs to be replaced free of cost becouse this under warranty and he was comate replaced this panel Within 20 days. But Already passed by two month. No solve this problem. I has called more and more has visited for the repairs. No Response. Please resolve this issue and do justice as Videocon is a reputed brand in India and such pathetic customer service.

Please note I have submitted my Videocon A54 set to your authorized Mobile Centre "The Mobile Solution" (job sheet attached) on 29th August'2015 for the below mentioned reason :1) I am not able to access internet nor able to download anything beside having Vodafone 3G postpaid connection. 2) there is severe problem in hearing the voice when somebody calling me. attachment "Job Acknowledgement Sheet. Pdf" deleted by Sujit Dey /IIDC After severe follow up today i went to them and they have returned the set to me without resolving any problem and saying that the mother board has changed and they are not able to speaker from their own. Also they are trying to give me a fresh job sheet, but the new IMEI no 911337650120722 seems without warranty and they failed to give any receipt. IF I WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY FRUITFUL REPLY ON THE ABOVE BY 24 HRS I HAVE NO OPTION TO LODGE A COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER FORUM.

Videocon spilt AC purchased from Capital electronics Ultadanga, Kolkata. Now not cooling.complaint lodged Ref No. KOL2108150172, Response Code R55049. Service man came open the AC and said Many things damaged inside like compresser, coil, capacitor etc. He said compressor will be replaced free of cost (under warranty), but after then nobody is coming or responding. Kindly do needful.

Dear concern, I stay in Kolkata - New Town, my Videocon washing machine require repair for which I logged a call on 19.10.2014, A customer service person visited my home on 20.10.2014. The details of the Job card are as under :- Job number is KOL1910140133 Complaint date :- 19. 10. 2014. model number-VAQ60GMW-WSU Customer Name :-Gautami Sen Add-3D-102, Alaktika housing, New Town. Kolkata -700157. Service charge paid rupees 500/- The person visited informed that the motor of the machine needs to be replaced and he shall visit on 21st. October and do the job, since then till 26th mo one has called nor has visited for the repairs. This is horrible customer service, though we have paid the required amount and are daily waiting for the person to come and do the job, in the mean time we are facing a lot of inconvenience. Please resolve this issue and do justice as Videocon is a reputed brand in India and such pathetic customer service.

Sir, i purchased split air condition in April 2011. The complaint is water leaking inside the room. I lodged complaint to alfa appliances,azadnager,kanpur-208002 (phone number 0512-2560092,mobile 9839086719). They replied that installation is wrong which was organized by dealer. My question is that at the time of 1st complaint/service why it was not pointed out by service centre. Now they are creating fear of huge amount expenses. I am loosing a faith on the company,which will be a great loss to the company. I am awaiting your reply and suitable action on this matter.
