I had complained regarding the breakdown of my rerefrigerator whirlpool proton complaint number PN0813009210 on31/08/2013 and they charged rs.1000 and 375 for just two relays number 28X9E and 23Y9E and visiting charge resp. . But, again two day later it stopped working again then the person asked to change the compressor and charged rupees 1800 for gas filling But, then too the fridge did not work tripping again and again and its been 22 day that it broken down please take quick cognizance of the grievance and relieve me of my touble and even see to that the charges charged are legitimate as they seem to be too high than the market price.
