Originally booked from 28th for four nights however I rang to Base Wanaka to change just for three nights on 22nd. However you charged for four nights $463. 59 on my credit card already. Please change to just for three nights so please refund for one night. Thanks.

To whom it may concern,
In regards to a recent stay we had at the Sunset Resort in Rarotonga from 24th August to 3rd September for nine nights in a beachfront Studio room I wish to advise Agoda that we were penalized by the resort for booking through Agoda. We paid $400 New Zealand per night and got absolutely nothing in the way of complimentary services. Not even a cup of coffee in the restaurant. Other guests we got to know and who paid less received complimentary items. Very disillusioned with their mean-spirited attitude.

Good morning, I have a booking today ID =206283179, as booked and accepted at email 4-12, via Lia of the Australian Team, but didn't receive a formal bookings form. Secondly: booking ID 241768545, checked out 21-12-17, Marian Baker, credit card payment was declined by issuer. I have called Agoda that day issue was transferred to finance department, but until now I didn't hear any thing back. Please inform me as soon as possible about he two issues.
