On Feb 01, 2020 I was travelling AC fr Dl, NL to DR. I waS OFFERRED A CHANCE TO TRAVEL DIRECTLY TO THE DR FR hfx)flight AC1782) instead of my CURRENT ITENERARY. I was advised that my luggage would be taken off the flight and moved to the plane. Upon arrival in the DR only two of my three bags were present. In Deer Lake I paid $ 305. 00 for my three pieces of luggage Yet I only received 2 so two days later and still nothing, I also doubt if the Canadas transportation safety dept would want this image/ standard to be made known to the travelling public. Especially in todays climate for the necessity of heightened need for safety and accountability I will go to the media, government agencies and use social media to express my concerns And believe my concerns will be made very loudly I have a son with the CAF and is currently on deployment protecting this country How about Air Canada does its part to keep our travelling public safe.

Not a complaint, but a compliment. On A/C flight 1673 on February 3rd, 2018 I experience a syncopal epsisode at the beginning of the flight. I awoke to find my Wife, Flight Attendants Maude Dion and Christine Korelis taking care of me. Also as I fainted Daniel Sciotto help me down gracefully and without injury. Great staff, professional and Air Canada should be proud. I'm sorry for the delay in sending this letter, but better late than never. Again,

Flt 792 LAX TO Torranto 4-25-18 Flt delayed to Amsterdam and without knowing was booked on a Flt to London and when finally getting right info to be directed to ticketing agent who rushed us to gate and made the flt. (No one at Toronto checked to see if we re-booked they just pointed to an area we were to go for a connection)
Bags were not in Amsterdam when we arrived on a British Airways from London to Amsterdam and the bags never left Toronto when claim was filled out at Amsterdam Airport, was the answer found out later and seven days later bags were delivered to
Grand Circle River Rhapsody on 5/3/18 at 2:30 PM when on a tour and returned 3Pm t0 find luggage. Needed Cloths and essentials and suitcase for new items bought as needed, until luggage arrived. Would appreciate some compensation for stress involved.

A week later a gay call me on my home number saying a company(would not state the his name or name or the company) that I was defroded $300 on my credit card and to give the credit card info. I refused to do that because I never gave my home number. This put me at risk in dealing with Air Canda on line services. I would like you to investigate or I am going to go public. Lost luggage. Air Canada lost our suitcases at the beginning of our family vacation (with grandma and kids and all) to Italy. It has been seven weeks since we handed our suitcases over to your staff. We travelled on flight air condition 0855 in business class from London health row to Vancouver BC on four June 2013. Passengers names vineetkumar Mal and renu Mal. My one Swiss army bag arrived broken. I complained and they promised me 100 dollors.
