Good Morning Mr. Vaughters, I'm contacting you on behalf of my co-worker James Bonner and his Family. Regarding his daughter who since birth is still a patient in the hospital she will be turning one year in a week. She I believe is a patient in Children's or Sister's hospital in Buffalo. Currently James and his wife are being trained to care for the child when she comes home. Needless to say there hospital and other family expenses are accumulating. I strongly feel this story is news worthy. James shares the pictures of his daughters one year journey with me and co workers. I never asked what her medical issues are. But she has been on life saving equipment. It's so heartbreaking. I told him there family story needs to be shared so others can help. Hi Al, I'm a 57 yrs. Old single female. I am tired of looking for a trustworthy mechanic to do repairs on my 2004 Lexus. I had brought my vehicle into Nucherenos Auto Shop, on 11/11/19, fir an oil change, winter fluid check, two front tire trims cleaned and sealed. The mechanic took it upon himself to disect my vehicle, to supposedly find two pages of things that are wrong with my car, yet when I asked for a copy, so I could prepare to have the issues repaired, in the near future. I take Lyft and Ubers for transportation around Western New York often. Yesterday I took one from my job on 480 Crosspoint Pkwy to 654 East Utica and it was $25. Today it's $60 to go from 654 East Utica Street to 480 Crosspoint Parkway. I then tried to go from Jefferson Street Plaza to 1279 Michigan Ave. That was $12. It was then I found out that taxicabs were backed up two hours. How are they allowed to price gouge like this?.

We attended the Buffalo Home Show back in 2008. We contracted with Window Depot of Depew for replacement windows. We paid 15. 00 per window for a lifetime guarantee. Last year we started to notice that some of the windows were leaking and others had a discoloration between the glass. We went directly to the Window Depot home office in Ohio. We send an email back in August 2018 to the field service report department. It took some time to receive a response. We were told the company that supplied the windows went out of business in 2008. Since Window Depot USA is a “system” for selling windows, there is nothing they can do. The windows, trim, installation cost more than $7900. 00. We cannot understand how a national replacement window company will not do anything to replace the faulty windows (9) at present. We are requesting your assistance to help us in this matter. Scam artist in area Roofing contractor from ABC ROOFERS going door to door in Lackawanna 9/19/17. ANTHONY DELMARO has a previous arrest record (s) from NY, CT and Il for scamming and ripping people off. Police reports and mugs shots online and also including his son who was also arrested. We were able to STOP CK, but others may not be so lucky. Seems like the nicest guy Son drives him in a 2012 Dodge Ram pickup, CT plate* ROCK*. Arrested in Lindenhurst, Onadaga County, Wheaton Ill, Peeksvile and many more. Released from jail recently and doing it again. Looks like a family history Gives 266 Elmwood Ave 14222 address and his phone is 716-352-7863. Takes ck *FOR SUPPLIER*, says can post date, writes on contract will not cash till owner oks, but prob not a real contract either May want to warn residents--hes out there and GOOD at talking a deal Jim Neubauer -359-6033 almost scammed.

Hello my name is Phillip Jones , I am disabled vet me and my family are having problems with the rental company that we rent from. We need your help. W have been living here since Dec. 22, 2017. And since February 9th we have been forced to let people who are trying to buy the property. We have been threatened by the realator and by lighthouse management co.
