Hi,i have been been getting anonymous nuisance phone calls on my mobile for about 3 months and am distressed by this. I have spoken to the Police and am told to ask Amaysim to release the numbers to me if you can find them with your technology. Can you please inform me of the procedure to do this, preferably by a phone call. I have tried unsuccessfully to speak with a person on Amaysim many times and always get a recorded message that call volumes are too high to get on a queue.

I live in Mount Beauty and I have had no mobile phone access since yesterday afternoon. Last weekend while I was visiting a friend in Melbourne, I had no coverage for the whole time I was in Melbourne. I could not access the network until I was almost at Benalla on Sunday evening. I do not think this is good enough. Is there a major problem with your network? IIf the network is going to be out of action for such periods of time, users should be notiifed.
