I am a 71-year-old living on a fixed income and not that familiar with computer navigation. Because my daughter has a serious illness I have not been looking closely at my VISA bills. Please cancel any extra subscriptions, such as Hulu, or whatever I might have signed up and had so much trouble on the computer cancelling. It's now been seven days since I received the smashed, broken, squashed and incomplete order of Safeco Desk Trays from Marketplace vendor "The Same Day Shipping Company, 9041 Louetta Rd Spring, TX 7737 I was promised email return labels within seven days, but nothing has been sent. The distributor in this case was COSTCO Business Products, 5440 Stationewrs Way, Sacramento, CA 95842. That's the info on the shipping document, and the place where it was damaged during packing or packed improperly and subsequently mishandled and mangled. A real disaster- they sent one Safeco three Tier tray - all three tiers are broken Also, it was the wrong item - it was not PACK of two Safeco three Tier trays, but just one - and when I called Costco Customer Service, they said the order from you was for only for one (and they directed to contact Amazon customer service). So- that was your mistake.
