Today (3-4-18) my daughter and I were on Flight AA 1561 going from Austin to Dallas. Our seats were 25 D and 25E. Our flight was 15 min late arriving at Dallas and being stuck in the back of the plane it took us forever to get off the plane. Our next flight was Flight AA 3807 departing from Gate B11. Long story short, we were pressed for time and my daughter left my IPhone X and her school book in the back seat pouch to seat 24 E. When I realized it as we sat on the other plane I told the flight attendant. She called our 1st plane and nothing was found. I find that EXTREMELY HARD TO BELIEVE I have had so many problems w AA over the last few trips to the extent I wrote your co. A letter and got NO RESPONSE. My cell phone number for the lost phone is 316-648-6200 and my name is Richard Navarro.

I'm having a hard time getting to the right person for assistance. I was on Flight 0614 Departure Las Vegas, NV 4:30 pm to Phoenix, AZ Arrival 5:46 pm on Tuesday, October 10th. I'm sure my Prescription Sunglasses fell out of my pocket while disembarking from the plane at Phoenix, AZ airport. My seat was 21A, but I'm certain the item fell out of my pocket between Rows like five - 14 as I was walking down the aisle. The item lost was a pair of Oakley Black Frame Prescription Sunglasses in a Black Hard case the value is approximately $600. 00. Would you please check to see if they have been turned in or when they cleaned the plane if they found them? Thank you. Doug Sabbert.

I need to talk to a person about a lost wallet on a flight and no matter how many times I call you are told to call back later or the line hangs up. It AA is too big to help with an important problem we will use a different carrier.

On July 29 the Budget bus dropped a group of people off at the American terminal. One of the passengers took my bag and left theirs. Neither their bag or my bag had our manes on them. I hope they left my bag with you. It is a black cloth carry on made by Skyway Luggage Company. Inside is a OSU shirt, several shirts
and two pair of button up jeans.

Mr. Ronald Fucs On Phone To American Airlines Lost and Found Service
I left my cell phone sunday, September 14, in jfk airport, new york, during security checking, near nine pm, when i was going to take my plane to rio de janeiro (flight 973). It is a very old nokia cell phone, not worth much, but it contains some information important for me. The phone number is (55-21)98879-1744. The serial (imei) number is 358268034868183. The "wallpaper" screen is a golden retriever dog. I wonder if, in case it was found, american airlines would send it to my stepdaughter's address, in washington. I'll pay for the transportation, of course, by credit card or in any other way you tell me. The address (and my name) is:
Ronald fucs,
3815 benton street nw, washington dc, 2007.
Thank you very much for your attention.
