Good day,
I paid my bill on 08. 08. 2018 to the value of $448. 88 at Wayne's Electronics at Point Fortin (this is your service dealer). My service was disconnected 0n 27. 08. 18. Reason being that i am in arrears. When I contacted your personnel, and after checking, it was found to be an error. My telephone was reinstalled, and up to now my entertainment system is still out. I was told that I have to wait 3-5 days for a technician to visit. My issue is, why am I being the victim, when I paid my bill on time. I think I should be given first priority seeing that it was not my fault. Could you shed some light on this?
Right now I am very frustrated, as I may have to spend the long Independence weekend without service.
