I have raised a complaint 'PUN 100416009567794-1' on ten Apr 2016, but till date I did not get a call nor any assistance for my problem. I had purchased a 'Bajaj Air Cooler' (PX 96 PCR) Sr. No. : B101 0216 00599 on 09 Apr 2016 at Big Bazar, Chinchwad (Ch no 172830, Cash Memo No: 0005799). I tried to start the cooler on the evening of 09 Apr 2016, but saw that it was giving a buzzing sound, I have complained the next day at your service centre using the call centre number (022 - 41280000) on ten Apr 2016 at around 10:17 am and said this is brand new purchase I need immediate attention. I am trying to contact your customer care center in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, but their response is not at all satisfactory. Every time I call, either the phone is busy, or no one answers the call. When the call is connected, they provide the time for sending their technician to fix the issue with my Bajaj Geyser and Cooler, but till date no one has turned up.
