Hi,
I bought Belkin Surf Wireless Router one and a half years ago and now, I can not connect to the internet. We show it to your service center at MSI ECS Phils Inc at Topy Bldg, Bagumbayan, Quezon city, but they said that its irreparable. They won't replace the unit because they said that the store that I had bought the unit has only one year warranty and its already past that warranty, although there's express warranty at the box of the unit for three years. Can you please clarify why I can not avail of the three year warranty? We only want the unit to be repaired or if cannot be repaired, be replaced by the same unit. Hope you could reply ASAP. Thanks.
