Ms. Deborah Shanks On Phone To Boston Logan Airport Contact Service
I arrived in the Boston Airport and found that your people in Terminal C Information Desk to be 'rude', "uninformed", and totally unhelpful. My husband is disabled and has mobility issues, she said "well that's not my problem". She said "go to E" that is the ONLY terminal with money exchange with no care about how difficult that would be nor the fact that we did not know our way around the airport. Frankly, if I were her boss she would be fired.

Ms. Rachel Warnock On Phone To Boston Logan Airport Contact Service
Dear Logan Airport, Last night between 11 and 11:30 pm in Terminal A, my roommate and her boyfriend came to get me- the boyfriend coming in to help with the luggage while she waited with the car. She was there for less than five minutes when an airport policeman instructed her rather rudely to leave and then he followed her out of the terminal and forced her through the toll. She is a new driver in Boston and not yet familiar with the roads, plus it was dark out and she has no GPS on her phone. She got horribly lost in Boston, had a panic attack- for which she is taking medication, but still was freaked out enough to have one- all before managing to make it back to the airport to pick up myself and the boyfriend.

My sister was scheduled to fly from Sarasota or Tampa August 20th, arriving Boston around two p. M. Her flight was cancelled. She is now on Amtrak and will be late and exhausted for an important meeting. I can not find any information about why so many flights into Logan were cancelled. Please tell me what happened. The weather seems fine here. Thank you for any information you can provide.
