My father ordered a coca cola train set from you and has had nothing but problems. They initially sent in the first payment and received the engine. After sending in the second check, they received a letter that the check was never received. Since it hadn't cleared the bank and with no phone number on any of the paperwork we have, he sent in the full remaining amount due. He just received the second piece, along with a statement stating he owes the full balance due as though he had made no payments although all three checks that have been sent have cleared the bank. Highly disappointed with all of this and will not be ordering from you again. I did give him your phone number so i am sure you will be hearing from him very soon.
