I have owned a PT1500PC for over ten years and am very satisfied with the unit. My problem is with some tapes which do not print and eject properly. I now have a second tape "TZ-335 12mm 1'2" which seems to separate from the lamination prior to coming out of the machine. Since these tapes are very expensive and are unusable I wonder if your company is prepared to replace the two tapes for me. Whatever you are prepared to do would be appreciated. Thank you very much. Good Morning. I have ordered the NS1150 embroidery machine from Castle Sewing in Langley BC. I know none of this is their fault. But they have been told the machines would have been in for their grand opening sale June 2nd. They didn't arrive. Then they were told today June 8th, I just got a call that they are not arriving today. I made plans to travel from Powell River BC to Langley to pick it up rather then waiting for shipping it. I needed it this weekend for a project that needed to be done by Wednesday for a gift (I have now paying another embroiderer in Powell River to do it for me. It is going to Phillipines for a wedding). I am very frustrated at this situation. And I know Castle sewing is too since they have pre sold several of these machines for their Grand opening. This is not a great way to get my trust in you. I have bought a few items from you in the past, but will definitely be thinking twice about in the future. Thanks for you time

The only concern I have is a possible fraud by a Windsor Company called Cartridge World - Windsor located at 5124 Tecumseh Rd. East Windsor, Ontario N8T 1C1, and their phone number is 519 - 944 - 1155. This company fills in Toner Cartridge. The glue advertising stated the following: In addition to their name, it states Cartridge World for use in Brother: Brother HL-L2320, HL-l2330 Series Printer. I purchased some Cartridge and the amount of pages is not, in my opinion, conducive to the great results from all of the Brother's Cartridges.
