I have been trying to get hold of the customer service for the past two hours I don’t understand anything they say The recorded voice is inaudible I can’t tell if it says press or * for English I pressed both, but I still get a person speaking Chinese I keep telling them I don’t speak Chinese and they keep repeating one and the same thing as if repeating it will then make me understand Chinese Iv spoken to about five people this morning and all of them keep repeating the same thing as if I will magically understand Chinese Where is the English help line ? It looks very pathetic and ridiculous that China mobile deducts the amount of a customer without the consent or willingness of a customer. In other words China mobile deprives the customer from his remaining balance if someone try to download a free application and suddenly some other application appears and you don’t know that these are paid applications. Later suddenly message from China mobile comes that we have deducted such amount. How can a cellular company like China mobile can deduct the amount without verification or consent of its customer. Simply we can say it is a electronic theft.
