I have just received a response from M. Duchkova your KLM handlers in response to my complaint some two months later on the basis that I did not enter my complaint in writing within seven days despite informing your LHR office the next day. I was not given this info by LHR then?If this is the case why did they then subsequently enter into detailed requests and emails concerning the cost and damage caused? And then take over two months to come to this conclusion?This occurred in the first place because of a flight delay out of Daytona, I was on standby for your next flight, lost my premium seat I'd paid for and then suffered damaged baggage to boot. I have flown Delta many times without a hitch, but on this occasion am out of pocket £153. 41 not to mention time wasted.
