I was very disappointed with the poor customer service at the Monorail. We arrived in line while a half empty train was still there. We were surprised we were unable to board. Instead of being addressed by the young people working the ride, we were ignored. We were not greeted. I then inquired about how long until the next car? The young lady, Emily did not answer, no eye contact. I had to tell her I was talking to her after she took her seat with her back to me. Very poor service, very poor attitude. I hope this email finds its way to those in charge of staffing. This occrrred on 6/11 at around 11am. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Prepaid Meal Ticket Not Accepted at two different eateries at the park, Subway lady said they do not accept coupons and Gourmet Grille said the supervisor wasn't there so they could not accept it. My daughter came home with the ticket after being turned down twice and now I can not get a refund or sell it and we are not going to visit park this year. Should have a better policy than the one they have. Children do not always insist that the tickets are honored or try to find out why they're not. The prepaid tickets are a great idea so children do not have to carry a lot of money, but when the ticket is not accepted they do not know what to do. She visited the park on a school trip 6/08/17.

I had a terrible time at hershey. I went with my friends to have fun and enjoy the park, but people kept giving us a hard time. One of my friends is disabled and we were struggling to get on rides. We had to wait a long time and he was getting very irritated. We went to Great Bear and the lead named jeff seen us and told us to wait for the next car. When the second car came he came to us to check our pass and told us to wait for another car. The third car came in and when we went to go to our seats the guy opened the gates and people entered taking our seats. He then told us to wait again. This kept happening so i told my friends to leave. We waited over several minutes for nothing.

To Whom it may concern, my family and friends planned a Hersey park trip for my daughters birthday on 7/15/2017, when we arrived at the park and after making our way back to the boardwalk we were told that the wave pool was closed due to feces in the pool so we went to the lazy river and the line was a good 1-1/2 wait just to get on that, then we had made our way around to the other side where the surfing was and that was an hour wait so we then went to the kid wave pool where that was an hour wait, so we just decided to leave
I think me and my family deserve a full refund because we never got a chance to enjoy anything that Hersey has to offer and I know and understand that heresy will not close there doors because of losing my business and that's ok, but for a company who prides themselves with class and commitment I would hope that my email is received and I could get some kind of response, my name is
