I received a SMS to call sukhvinder at 11. 19 this morning. The no posted on my SMS 03 76268316 is not answered although i called in ten minutes and kept calling three times. The next no 03 76521888 was answered after a wait of six minutes and i had put the phone on speaker as i was doing my work. A male answered and i took three seconds to reply him bcoz i was doing my work and he was shouting on the phone. When i answered i told him why so rude he was shouting he ignored me and straight asked for ic number I told him and he asked me if i am busy is it? I was telling him why i took three secs to reply and he hung up on me Someone reply to my complaint please. This guy should be sacked bcoz i have never heard anyone frm customer service shouting like this before. Name unknown only time called i have. 1136 am. Please get in touch with me.

On 13/1/2015 the credit center send the SMS to me to confirm the tranx. After 30 minutes i call back to credit center and told to ms yati after her check. She confirms not yet perform to my card. But today call back the credit center the tranx already accept and debit to my card. I have submitted defect credit card to bukit rahman putra branch for replacement with same no appear on to card. After ten days, it is still no done due to authentically issue claimed by card centre.
