This is a note to congratulate your company for great customer service. My wife has a curling iron that is snorting out while in use. I explained the situation to your customer service representative and ask for a replacement power cord. She said she could do one better, and is sending my wife a new curling iron. I purchased I a hot tool turbo hair dryer and I love it and took very good care of it. I have never gave that much for a hair dryer. Unfortunately it only last six mos I was very upset and had to get my old one that I have had for year out. Please give insight of why it don’t hold up or why would Hot Tools cost that much if it’s no better than a cheap on.
I bought a Hot Tools curling iron for Christmas last year, (to replace one that was only one year old and quit working)and now this one has quit working and its in great condition. Can you help me?.

Hello Hot Tools. I am a big Hot Tools customer love all of your products. Recently I was given Hot Tools Pink titanium Jet dry 2200 as a gift. I have a receipt of where the friend of mine who bought it. The place is called image beauty in Marlton NJ 8565967977. I called them because not only did the blow dryer not turn on, . The place it was purchased had said because it was purchased over a month ago I cannot bring it in for store credit. I was told it would not be an issue as long as a have the box and receipt of time of purchase you could help me. How do I send you the blow dryer for one that works. Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought the curling iron on 12th December 2013 from Amazon.com and we've mailed them too. They forwarded us to this page. We also have the invoice if required. The curling iron was a good curling iron, very happy with it. Sadly enough it suddenly broke in May 2014, it still reacts when I plug it in,, but the curling iron refuses to heat up. It stays stone cold, so it isn’t possible anymore to make curls. It didn’t fall or wasn’t misused in any way. Every time after using it, I safely put it back in the original box. It also wasn’t kept in damp places like the bathroom. So I have no idea why it refuses to work. Since it's less than a year ago, is it still possible to get a replacement? Is there a 1-year warranty?
