I am writing to let you know I have been very disappointed with the property i was staying in Jamaica reference number br23628233 the hot water was temperamental and there was lots of cockroaches in the kitchen meaning food could not be kept there i ended up having to buy Roach spray which did not help and when speaking to the agent Natasha on a number of times was told this would be delt with by the caretaker which was not the last time I emailed her to complain about the roaches she ignored me I was told I could leave and get a refund, but where was I going to find another property in such short notice when there was six of us also where would the money come from to pay for this until the refund came through I found Natasha attitude very unprofessional and rude as she was not even willing to compensate me for the money I spent on the the roach spray which is not my responibility to buy lastly as I have been treated so badly I feel I need some form of compensation.

Could you please tell me why you took the whole amount for my booking when you said i pay a deposit to book and two weeks before i travel i pay the full amount as it's made my credit card go over the limit which i wasn't prepared for if you said you were taking the full amount i would have used a different card. Hoping for a reply, if not can you please give me your phone number.
